TOTEM was a project developed during the Design for the Medical Environment seminar in my third year at HAC.
In collaboration with Hadassah Hospital’s Rehabilitation Center, we aimed to create a design solution to support their patients.
The task was to develop a system that would extend the patients' range of motion, both horizontally and vertically. The device we designed is versatile and can be adjusted for use in both height and width, depending on the patient's abilities. This flexibility ensures that the rehabilitation process can be tailored to each individual's physical capabilities, promoting gradual improvement and engagement during recovery.

TOTEM is designed with a focus on enhancing patient experience and supporting effective therapy. conducted in-depth research on movement patterns, ergonomics, and user needs to ensure that every interaction
is intuitive and comfortable.
This project reflects my passion for medical design and my commitment to creating solutions that truly improve people’s lives.
